Introduction
The Kings Arms Hotel in Abergavenny is a late 16th Century coaching inn, giving a fine example of what much of Abergavenny would have looked like before more formal Georgian modifications.
The Kings Arms Hotel, Abergavenny, offers comfortably furnished rooms, a wonderful restaurant and our own range of traditional real ales.
Abergavenny is in the heart of the Brecon Region of Wales with access to a range of outdoor activities including walking, horse riding, canoeing, fishing and paragliding. All of this in breath taking countryside.
The Kings Arms Hotel offers a warm welcome to all our visitors. Here you can be sure of friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food in our restaurant.
Facilities
We are disabled friendly and have wheel chair access to our main function room where all bands play.
Entertainment
We have live music EVERY Friday and Saturday.
Black Mountain Jazz meets at least once a month on a Sunday night, providing a regular opportunity to see some of the best live jazz around. The Club has its own website with details of forthcoming performances. The Club meets at 7.30pm and non-members are always welcome.
Abergavenny Acoustic Club meet every two weeks on a Thursday night and they also welcome non-members. The Club's programme of live music includes 'open mic' nights and 'special guest evenings'.
