Awesome; caught you guys at The Britannia Inn, Crickhowell. Great music, great sound and great delivery. I particularly enjoyed the way you create a party atmosphere and the spontaneity of your set (I loved the 'Bum-Note-Penalty-Clause" - LMAO). It's quite obvious the whole band really enjoy themselves, which transmits over to the likes of us in the audience. Well done guys. All in all a really great night and so looking forward to your next visit. Posted by Chris Reid
Well what a fab night at The Bear Inn Llantrisant cant wait for May 29th lets hope the weather is good so you can play in the garden!!Its a shame the music had to stop heres waiting for next time thanks guys see you soon . Posted by Tracy Edrop
Guys, I caught you at Boleros Bar in Caerleon Friday 1st April. Storming set and a great sound, that's one hell of a P.A. rig you have. So many good songs with clever arrangements to choose from, but I must say that you're version of The Weight (with that gospel break in the middle) wow, that just nailed me. Awesome, and so looking forward to catching up with you again soon. Keep the faith. Dan Posted by Danny Chang
Elaine Samuels (vocals / guitar), who has been featured on TV and radio as well as at festivals such as Glastonbury and Guildford, will be performing a “Kindred Spirit” duo set with the wonderful Phil Martin (electric guitar, violin and viola), who is a melodic improviser and also has a great voice.
Both Elaine and Phil are singer / song-writers in their own right, with their own albums and today they will be performing a specially selected mixture of their own perceptive and intriguing original work alongside some excellent, less well known covers.
Expect haunting and beautiful vocals, expert guitar playing, soaring, melodic electric violin and powerful songs.
